The apprenticeship cook prepares you optimally for a career in the kitchen due to the varied training.

Your tasks:

• Mise en place
• Introduction to kitchen and merchandise knowledge
• Introduction to the main areas: Breakfast, cold kitchen, soups, fish, meat, patisserie
• Storage work and stock management
• Learning specialist knowledge

Your working life with us:

• Free meals (also on days off) & employee clothing

• Apprenticeship period: 3 years
• Vocational school in Villach + boarding school
• Wage: KV

Your profile:

• Completed school education
