Vouchers

We are pleased to announce that we are official partners of Webhotels and Wellcard.
You are welcome to redeem your existing vouchers with us as follows:

Validity: The vouchers can be applied directly toward the costs of your hotel stay.

Important Note:

• A maximum total of €1,000 (or the total value of the room, whichever is lower) may be covered by vouchers.
• Wellcard/Webhotels vouchers can be used exclusively for the room rate (local tourist taxes and additional incidental charges or services are excluded).
• Wellcard and Webhotels vouchers are only accepted for direct bookings (they cannot be used for bookings made via travel platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
• Please note that voucher redemption is reserved exclusively for our overnight hotel guests. We cannot accept these vouchers from external guests (e.g., those visiting only for the restaurant or a day spa experience).
• Vouchers cannot be used for deposits. A deposit is required for every booking.

Enjoy your getaway in the mountains—we’ll take care of the rest.
