General

Up to 21 days to scheduled arrival: no cancellation fees will be charged and deposits paid will be returned to the guest within 2 to 3 business days or stored in the hotel as a credit for the next stay.
20 to 8 days to scheduled arrival: 50% of the total booking amount (less meals).
7 to 1 days to scheduled arrival: 90% of the total booking amount (less meals).
For no-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival, we charge 100% of the total booking amount (minus meals).
