Namasté at nearly 2,000 m above sea level.
Sheltered, in close proximity to the hiking trail and the mountain station of the Brunnach Biosphere Park cable car, the yoga trail winds through the small forest at the end of the Brunnach reservoir. Along the new Mountain Yoga Trail, 10 stations await where you can practice focus, strength and flexibility.
The Mountain Yoga Trail is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners. At the hotel or at the Biosphärenbergbahn Brunnach you will receive an accompanying folder with explanations of the individual asanas. Depending on your own sense of time, "walking through" the yoga trail takes about 1-1.5 hours.
